At Jumpin Jax, we offer regular birthday celebrations during our public hours. This means that while you are celebrating your special day, there may be other guests enjoying playtime as well. However, rest assured that all parties have their own private party suite where you can enjoy your food, have cake, and celebrate your birthday superstar in a private and exclusive setting. Our party suites provide a comfortable and festive atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy the festivities without any interruptions. - You get double the adults. To clarify, if you have a 15 child party package you get 32 adults.
- We close to the public at 6pm. Therefore, we do not fear reaching occupancy so we do not count the adult guests.
Leading up your event, you will receive an automated email, followed by an automated text. Then, Christina will personally reach out to you via text from 803-320-3547 to review and confirm all of YOUR booking details. This is the perfect time to make changes to your party size if needed. Any changes to your party package MUST be made no later than 8pm the day prior to your event.

**If by chance you have dietary restrictions, for example, do not eat meat, please advise so we only order cheese pizza.

Totally Private Parties may bring in food and beverages.

- You may purchase/add-on food, a chip bin and/or a drink bin for adults by adding extras to your party package or when Christina reaches out to you leading up to your event. When adding a chip bin or drink bin, you are only charged for the items used.

For our young princesses, we offer a magical experience with unicorn, mermaid, or princess-themed plates and napkins.
For our little superheroes and adventurers, we embrace primary colors and/or superhero, dinosaur, or monster truck themed plates and napkins to create an exciting and energetic atmosphere.
Our party suites are adorned with red, yellow, blue, orange, and green accents, adding a burst of color and fun to the celebration.

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for your party, we kindly request that any decorations you would like to include in your party suite are provided no later than the day prior to the event. Our goal is to have everything set up and ready for your arrival. Please note that if you fail to bring in your decorations at least one day in advance, we may not be able to decorate your room as desired. This could potentially prevent your party host from greeting and checking in your guests in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and look forward to creating a beautifully decorated space for your upcoming event. - Balloons:
- Please bring balloons the day of your event. Freshly filled ballons are best. We do NOT have a helium tank.
- We do not have time to create or hang balloon arches.
- Absolutely NO confetti filled balloons.

- We have prehung cork strips to pin banners up. We try to avoid damaging our painted walls, therefore, do NOT pin, tack, or
tape anything to our painted walls.
- If your banner has a string to connect letters/pieces together, please have it already preassembled when you bring your
decorations.
